Chancellor: Engr. Babatunde A. Odufuwa: BSEE, FNCS

A graduate of Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the District of Columbia, in Washington D.C., USA.
He is a registered member of the Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN), member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineer. He is a fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society and formally the Deputy Provost College of Fellows of NCS. He is the President/CEO Lagos City Computer College, Chairman, Odufuwa Investment Nigeria Ltd., Chairman, Eagle Computer Communications Inc., and Chairman, Governing Council of Lagos City Polytechnic. He is an astute educationist/businessman as well as a sportsman and well-known philanthropist.

Vice Chancellor: Prof. Babatunde A. Ikotun (JP): B. Sc, PhD, DIC

A most cerebral Academic and seasoned Administrator, Professor Ikotun an indigene of Igbara-Oke, Ondo State. He was born in Zaria, in January 1948. He has 36 years’ post-PhD experience within and outside Nigeria, in Academic, Administrative and Research spheres.
He served as a Lecturer and Administrator in various capacities like HOD, Dean of Faculty amongst others, at the University of Ibadan where he started is academic career in 1975. He was also at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) for two-year sabbatical leave; Shell petroleum company (SPDC) for two years and Njala University, Mokonde and Freetown, Sierra Leone for 28 months.
A member of the University of Ibadan Senate since 1976, Professor Ikotun is a member of numerous Academic and Professional bodies which will include but not limited to Fellow, Nigeria Farmers Institute(FNFI); Institute of Biology London (IOB), International Society for Plant Protection (ISPP), New York Academy of Science Crops Society (ISTRC), etc. Professor Ikotun was educated at the famous Government College, Ibadan, 1962-1968 (for O/Level and HSC Certificates, University of London, 10972-1975, when he bagged his PhD and the Imperial College of Science and Technology, London. (1972-1975).
A Fulbright scholar among eight other academic award distinctions, Professor Ikotun who delivered his first inaugural lecture in 2011, after 22 years of his professional appointment has over 144 seminal papers and publications to his credit. He has also attended various conferences within and outside Nigeria.
An external Assessor for the review of Publications of Candidates for promotion to professorial chair in various universities within and outside Nigeria, Professor Ikotun, who is married and blessed with children, is also an External Examiner for various Universities within and outside Nigeria.

Registrar: Mr. Emmanuel Ojo, B.A (Hons), M.Phil

A vastly experienced and versatile Administrator, Mr. Ojo has over 30 years consistent experience in various gamut’s of university administration.
An indigene of Igbajo, Osun State, where he was born in 1956, Mr. Ojo attended the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), where he graduated with a second class upper degree in History in 1992. He acquired a Master of Philosophy Degree (M. Phil) in Diplomatic History from the same institution in 2006. He is currently on the concluding stage of his Doctoral Degree pursuit at the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile Ife, Osun State.
Mr. Ojo commenced his career at the Obafemi Awolowo University in 1980 as a Secretary. He rose through the ranks and education, after exposure to various administrative and academic units in the university system, to become and Assistant Registrar. He transferred his service to Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State in 2002, where he was appointed as a Senior Assistant Registrar. He was later promoted as a Principal Assistant Registrar in 2005, Deputy Registrar in 2008, and became an Acting Registrar in February 2011. He transferred his service to Southwestern University as the Pioneer Registrar in 2012. Mr. Ojo, a member f the Association of Nigerian Universities Professional Administrators (ANUPA) is married and blessed with children and he is widely travelled.

Dean (Faculty of Pure and Applied Sciences): Prof. M.O Soladoye

Professor Soladoye parades robust and glowing credentials as a resourceful academic, productive researcher and an astute administrator.
He attended University of Ibadan where he bagged his first degree in 1967 and later enrolled at the University of Reading, UK, where he earned his master’s degree and doctorate degree between 1975 and 1982.
Prof. Soladoye started his career as a lecturer at the University of Maiduguri in 1973. Between 1989 and 2002, he served variously as Provost, Curator and Chief Executive of various Federal Parastatals in his field of specialization: Plant Taxonomy, Forestry and Wildlife Management.
He was a Senior Lecturer at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, 2002-2010; a Reader with Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State, 2011-2012.He was appointed as a Professor at Southwestern Unibersity in 2013.
Prof Soladoye is a member of several academic and professional bodies and has several academic journals and publications to his credit.
An indigene of Ada, Osun State, he is married and blessed with children.

Dean(Faculty of Social and Management Sciences): Dr. S. Aina

He was formerly a Chief Lecturer from Emmanuel Alayande College of Education (formerly St. Andrew College of Education, Oyo) in 2011. He attended California State University, USA, where he completed his first degree in Business Administration in 1979, and later earned a Master of Business Administration from the same University in 1981. He bagged his PhD in Business Administration from United State International University, San Diego, California in 1984.
Dr Aina started his lecturing career at Ondo State Polytechnic in 1985 until 1990 when he transferred his services to Oyo State College of Education.
A Human Rights activist, he served for four years on the standing committee on Human Resources and Financial Matters (SCHIFM) of Amnesty International, London. Dr Aina is a trained and ordained Minister of God with the Methodist Church of Nigeria and is married and blessed with children.
